CHEMICAL SUPERLATTICES
This RIMSE Summer School emphasizes how to design, fabricate, and characterize chemically-tailored 2D materials with engineered band structures, which can give rise to correlated quantum phenomena. Led by UC San Diego Professors Joshua Figueroa and Monica Allen, the course provides training in organic and inorganic synthesis, molecular modeling, solid state physics, nanofabrication, imaging, and the characterization of quantum materials.
