QUANTUM METAMATERIALS
This RIMSE Summer School emphasizes how to design, fabricate, and probe engineered structures whose electromagnetic response arises from tailored nanoscale architectures and quantum materials. Led by UC San Diego Professor Richard Averitt, the course provides training in metamaterial design and simulation, nanofabrication, nonlinear optics, imaging, and terahertz, and ultrafast optical spectroscopy.
