Multi-Mode Plate Reader

Molecular Devices™ SpectraMax® iD5 Multi-Mode Microplate Reader measures absorbance, fluorescence, and luminescence. Temperature control adjusts the experimental conditions from ambient up to 66 °C. The iD5 accepts 6, 12, 24, 48, 96, and 384 well plates.  It can quantify absorbance, fluorescence intensity (top or bottom read), luminescence (top or bottom read), time-resolved fluorescence (TRF, top or bottom read), Fluorescence Polarization (FP, top or bottom read), homogenous TRF (top or bottom read), and homogenous TRF.
