Nikon™ Eclipse LV-150 coupled with a photometrics CoolSNAP HO2 CCD camera for steady-state fluorescence imaging measurements. 10x, 20x, and 50x objectives. Filter cubes for DAPI, UV-2B, BF, FITC, Cy7, and Cy3.5 dyes. Metamorph™ imaging software for analysis. Can also acquire regular dark field images.
