The Trainee Leadership Advisory Council (TLAC), consisting of two Leads, from IRG1 and IRG2 and subdivision representatives, bridges the formal and informal socialization efforts of the Center, strengthening trainee development, enhancing leadership and communication skills, and fostering connections between Center affiliates and the broader materials science community.
