UCSD MRSEC Programs
for Groups Under-represented in Science

In California, due to passage of a statewide Proposition, and subsequent legal and other developments, methods to increase diversity of students entering the University must now utilize criteria other than racial origin. However, the importance of increasing the representation and success rate for students from under-represented groups remains a committed goal of the University and of the MRSEC program.
